WORK WITH ME AS A HUMAN FACTOR DUE DILIGENCE ADVISOR

The HFHC (Human Factor Health Check) is a simple commercial diagnostic for investors to assess whether a portfolio company is likely to deliver on its vision and strategy in reality. It is the human factor part of the due diligence process.


We are a team of Associates using a standard assessment framework which includes: leadership team assessment, employee alignment survey, interviews with Founders and key team members.


The outcome of our work is a written recommendation and a verbal debrief for both the investor and the portfolio company.




WORK WITH ME AS A COACH

I offer Coaching as a professional service for individuals or teams. We typically start with a consultation/chemistry check session (45 minutes) and then schedule sessions on demand (typically 1-3 per month), length depending on the objectives set by the client.


We work together to ensure effective outcomes with realistic accountability. I offer to hold a safe space for you to think, reflect and decide about actions. I trust that you come with an open mind and the commitment to making progress towards your objectives.


I prioritise and give special conditions to start-up and scale-up Founders and leadership team members because I know it matters.


My personal philosophy is finding courage to be honest to yourself when the right time comes. I will let you define your own.
